Revive Life House offers a range of programs designed to help individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery. Phase 1 involves stabilization and detoxification, Phase 2 focuses on intensive therapy and counseling, and Phase 3 helps individuals transition back into their communities with continued support. They are licensed by the state of Kentucky as a Tier III and Tier II Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) Residential Treatment Program and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Additionally, they have achieved certification from the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and meet the standards set by the Kentucky Recovery Housing Network.
