Foundation House at Northgate has been providing a safe and reliable community for assisted living and independent living residents since 1997. As a non-profit company, they have faced financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to their decision to close their doors on September 30, 2021, for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021, for independent living facilities. Despite the closure, they are committed to ensuring a smooth and safe transition for their residents to alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
